I need to know the best and more accurate way of making iPhone applications on windows. I don't really want to publish them on the App Store, maybe Cydia. A Windows Application with a GUI would me awesome. Whoever can find this is probably the most amazing person on this Forum. I'm really sorry if this has been posted a million times. I have searched on every major search engine and this Forum.

Theres always this : http://www.osx86project.org/ however, its somewhat buggy and not compatible on many computers. (also kinda illegal, but linking you to that page is not, and isnt against rules)
Otherwise im not really sure waht you could do. A few firmware versions ago people were coding apps in windows using a version of java and making simple applets, not very complex applications though.

If you need that, get a Mac... There's no way to do that in Windows easily. You can try on Linux, it's way better for developing.

    Developing on Ubuntu

I have Ubuntu on a different partition. What is the best way to develop for the iPhone on Ubuntu. I would put the apps in the Cydia app store.

Developing is only as good the craftsman, not the company that does (or doesn't) make the OS.

For development in linux, try reading this PDF
