I want to make animated GIFs using sections of an WMV. What's a good application for that?
i believe gifninja may do the trick.
It's online though. nevar tried it, but meant to be good.
No, I meant I need a program that lets you take chunks of a movie, and turn the chunks into GIFs.
ohhh then i don't know.
u may use VieoAvatar and your probles wil disappear.
I know photoshop cs4 does it.
Photoshop CS3 and CS4 can do this.
File > Import > Video frames to layers (select vid etc.)
Window > Animation > get used to it, or find a tut online
I use Camtasia Studio and it works very well. The problem is that there is a maximum avatar file size limit and you probably won't get more than 2 seconds of video.
Video Avatar is really good for that.
