Making Applications

    I really want to learn how to make applications, but I'm not sure where to go to learn and get started.

    You don't need a Mac. Just start by learning Objective-C.

    By the way, Objective-C isn't something you can learn in a few days. It takes months of devotion to get anywhere, generally. Unless it comes to you naturally (which is very unlikely).

    You can try virtual machines but they are slow....

    If your serious enough I'd say 2months and youll be ok. atleast deepends on your background..

    you have to have the SDK which is available only on the mac... isn't that true?
