    Hey

I have a 1st Generation iPod touch and rejailbreaked my ipod, because it was very slow and kept crashing, even while listening to music it just stopped and I had to start the song again.

Well, now straight to my problem: The iTunes backup is gone. I plugged the fresh 2.2 Firmware iPod in and there is no Backup found to restore my information (Adressbook, Total Songs played, etc.)

Is there any kind of fix? I did nothing to iTunes. Maybe the files are stored somewhere on my computer. I don't know how they're called.

    Thanks for your time!

I tried "Load from Backup", but there was only one option. Not my iPods name listed.

The profile in the drop-down-menu called "Unknown" and it was from 1.1.2001.

Then I tried to at least apply this one, but It didn't work. It said it's either corrupted or for another iPod Version (I have a old Click-Weel 3 or 4G iPod here).
