Okay, I read a post and most likely iPhone or iPod touches that has been jailbroken poses more risks like explosions.

So, how do I maintain the temperature?
Dont play too much games so that the CPU load wont go over?

Because that you have jailbroken your iPod touch, the system has no control of the iPod so that it wont show the message???
    Is that true?

Im scared that it will someday explode or break.

    Any suggestions?

Don't worry about it. Often time it's in reference to people trying to overclock the CPU and that may make it overheat. If it's kept at normal speeds it'll be fine even jailbroken. So if you don't plan on OC it, then just don't worry about it.

Yeah, I'm telling you now, as long as you don't OC the CPU, it'll be fine temp-wise. Very rarely does a jailbroken app use 'too much' CPU power that it'll burn it...

It's not possible to overclock the CPU with current firmwares, and hasn't been since the 1.x days.

Yeah, which is when most of the problems with "exploding" iPods was. After the 1.x days there really weren't any more problems with it.

Plus, since the iPhone 3gs had overheating issues, you get this fancy "iPhone has overheated and needs to cool down"
