It was 1.1.4 and just installed all the 20 some apps and theams or whatever from a backup. Then I got all the music and mail accounts from an iTunes backup it all took about 20min.

I just cant fighure out why the permissions were changed.

when you say you got 20 some apps and themes from a backup, what do you mean exactly? Is there a way to back up to a firmware file that i did not know about? Or at least some method to prevent me from having to re-install all my stuff yet again if i mess somethin up and have to restore?

i replicated the 1.1.4 file system in a folder on my desktop. transfered everything to that folder from my ipod in the exact same spots. created the symlinks. then loaded it into the 1.1.4 file in pwnage.app then ran the firmware thruogh the builder and bam! backup FW.
