Earlier in the year Adobe said that they yould be making Flash for the new iPhone/iTouch firmware. Any update on this? This would be a really big breakthrough for Safari on the iPhone/iTouch. Adobe said that the products did have the hardware to support flash.

There not aloud, well not through the App Store at least. It would have to be a mod of Safari.app, or a plugin, which Apple doesn't allow. (Yet?).

Ouch. Apple sucks, in that sense. They are limiting the uses of the iPoT and iPhone. Users will not be happy.

users don't need to be "happy"

as long as Apple is getting money, they don't give a damn how you feel

Actually in a way they are making their customers happy. Giving their device longer battery life. And the prevention of those stupid flash ads all over the internet. Makes me glad not to have it.

same here, besides, what good flash games can you play at decent FPS and minimal lag that requires no keyboard?

Who says you wouldn't have a keyboard? you could have half the screen be the content, then half be a keyboard. they'd have to make a special keyboard to accommodate the modifier keys, though.

What makes you say that? It's a reasonable concept.
