    Untetherizer
    Version 2.0.6 BETA
YOU MUST INSTALL MY LIBPNG PACKAGE FOR THIS TO WORK!
Yes, the moment we all have been waiting for.

Please remember that this is a BETA release, and may not work correctly. The developer will take no responsibility for such problems. Version 1 Will still be listed as a download.

Untetherizer is an application that will aid you in the application of the 24kpwn patch, and creating a firmware ipsw for iTunes.

As of this release, a "File Browser" has not been implemented, but is in the works for the final release.

    Features of Version 2.0.6 BETA:
No more PwnageTool, The new tool includes Xpwn integration.
    Custom Boot logos
    NOR only support
    DFU counter.

    And many more features.

I would appreciate if you would report all bugs so they can be promptly be fixed for the final release.

And, without further ado, go at it :)

    Download V2.0.6 Beta: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=OMSPT6E4
May only be Intel only due to Xpwn. I only have intel macs to work with.
LIBPNG and LIBUSB must be installed.
    LIBPNG Package By Me: http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?3g2znzjd4w4
    Known Bugs:
LibPNG Error - Fixed, Install my package above.
    Timeout Error - Investigating.
Freezes if the firmware.ipsw is not available - Investigating.
NOR Only Throws Error 14 - Pending Confirmation (Fix applied). Waiting for a tester.

trying now, I'll be back in a few

edit: I don't think many people will know how to create a pwnd firmware on PwnageTool, an explanation for that would prevent a lot of trouble

This application works. However, when all the scripts are run in terminal, it says something about a connection error. The ipsw created still worked for me but the error message may be confusing for some users.

I do everything, i put it in recovery mode (am assuming recovery mode is the same as DFU because thats all i'm getting) but when i click the prejail break button it opens terminal and keeps saying it can't find something. If im doing something wrong i would appreciate help.

EDIT: ~If i'm on 10.5.6 will i need to do that thing with the usb drivers? like download the 10.5.5 from apple, do it, then reinstall the 10.5.6 drivers? or isn't that needed?
