[Mac] Redsn0w Tutorial [Tethered]

    ./rslite: Exec format error. Binary file not executable.

    i type./rslite in terminal and i get
    ./rslite: Exec format error. Binary file not executable.
    I dont know what this is? Please help me

    When I entered

    !iBSS221pwn.dfu

    in the terminal, all it said was

    Executing: iBSS221pwn.dfu
    Memory image not valid
    Execution error

    What should I do???

    i renamed the file to 221.ipsw but when i wanna use it in pwnage too, this red sign says wrong firmware bundle selected...

    I was waiting for this JB since the ipod touch 2G came out

    help when i finish restoring it shuts off and cant put it in DFU or turn it on (it doesnt detect it)

    This is a great guide, but there's no need for it. Just download QuickPwn and jailbreak with that. Much less chance of an error.

    When this tutorial first came out...it could have been a lot simpler. I don't get why this was made so complicated for the average user.

    okay so i did everything in this guide, and it worked, but i turned it off and it wouldnt turn back on. So i tryed turning on rslite and it wouldnt boot back up. So i though i better restore it. So i put it into DFU mode and then tried restornig with original 221.ipsw but its stuck at Preparing ipod for restore.



    PLEASE HELP!!! I NEED THIS FOR LATER TODAY / TOMORROW!!!

    P.s. i might cry.
