Check out what I got my PC to look like. It is still running Windows XP, it just looks like a mac. I even found themes for Firefox and Thunderbird to make them look like safari and Mac Mail. I could have just downloaded Safari for Windows but I don't like it that much.

EDIT: Here is how I did it: http://features.engadget.com/2004/06/09/turn-your-pc-into-a-mac/
To change most of the icons/log-on screen/boot screen, I used a free program called Fly-A-Kite OSX. Google that.

There is more you can do to REALLY customize it to look better but it takes lots of time. Enjoy!!

You can make it look like lepord but it takes a long time to get it really good. The reason I did this is because I wish I had a Mac. It makes me forget sometimes I have a stupid PC! :p

I used Object Bar and Object Dock. They have skins for Mac OSX Panther, Tiger, and Lepord!! I also got some custom icons and skins from www.wincustomize.com
