I have a 32gb Itouch, jailbroken. I install ifone guide and volume booster 3.0. It works but i've lost my speaker now. When you unplug the headphone the volume adjust scroll at the bottom disappears and there isnt any audile volume. Is there anyway to get it back other than restoring. I dont want to restore all my apps.

But as said, you shouldn't really be boosting the volume through the built in speaker, it isn't built to handle it. Invest in a decent iPod speaker system if you want to crank it up to 11

Taking off the factory defaults on anything period is risking it's working condition, and with that said, you midas well restore, and if the speaker doesn't come back, give Apple a call... Make sure you restore first.

If you got this for christmas, tell them it hasn't worked since you purchased it.

They'll claim it faulty and just swap it out.
