I use my iPod Touch really regularly (and so my pass is like encoded my brain, I dont even KNOW it lol, I just remember the directions of where my fingers go lol xD) ANYWAYS, I was resetting the password for SSH and since I subconsciously thought of not remembering passwords, I forgot the password to my iPod (but my SSH is recovered! xD Alpine FTWWWW. Anyways, I cant SSH my iPod Touch's password to nothing because I turned off OpenSSH when I turned off my iPod (because there's a virus going around for SSH =.=') Anyways, is it anyway I can back up my iPod because I don't want to lose all on my info on it when I reset it. Or does anyone have a workaround to get my pass (w/o SSH ._.) Thanks for any help <3

So am I supposed to look somewhere in var or wherever for my pass's file? (I think I read somewhere that deleting that file takes away your capability to use Youtube?)

SSH: Secure SHell. The iPod needs to be jailbroken there are tutorials on this site, just search SSH or How to SSH. But you would also need to be able to use the iPod to install OpenSSH, so yah. Try restoring to a backup. Or do you need the passcode for that too?

If you restore to a backup the password goes on with the backup.

That sucks, because if you want to back up your information, the password get's backed up with it...
