    HELP
My hard drive gave up the ghost a few weeks ago. I have been sorting out the flak ever since. Just got round to connecting my pod and it wants to delete all my tunes caus "it is synced with another computer".
Can anybody help. How can I get my pod synced without loosing all my tunes

You can't because the music industry is so bothered about you copying a few songs onto say your friends iPod and them losing a small amount of money.

If you haven't got the music on your computer already copy it over with a program like ipodripper before you erase and sync your iPod.

You can use software to copy your data from the iPod to your computer. Then you can put them in iTunes and sync it then.

    Copytrans
    Touchcopy
These you have to pay for, but I think there's a free demo for them

    Sharepod
Thats free but I'm not sure if it works for the iPod touch
