Sometimes my volume bar disappears completely when I don't have headphones plugged in. Any volume is gone too. When I double press the home button, it says "Dock connector" where the volume control should be. When I plug in headphones, there is volume again but after unplugging them the same problem occurs if it had already occured before I plugged in headphones.
