I am looking to buy an external battery for my ipod touch 3g to extend my battery life and charge on the go. I would prefer it to plug into the bottom of the ipod and not have any other wires. I have done some research, but all the ones I have read about seem to have bad reviews. Do any of you have any that you really like?

    The FreeLoader Pro Solar Charger

It may not be a straight up single plug into the bottom, but when you can charge it via USB or the built-in solar panels and charge your ipod touch 3rd gen, DS Lite [and others. LG Vu is just one of many cell phones that suppor this.] I highly recommend it. Using my ipod touch 3rd gen with bluetooth headphones, wifi, and 3d games at once really drains my battery, so I charge the battery with the solar charger. NOTICE - it only really equals out the battery, so once your battery reaches roughly the same level of what is in the FreeLoader, it generally stops charging.
