If it's possible, I have desktop- size images I want to make 320 x 480 for a wallpaper. I have used paint, but it cuts off the image to the size. I want to find a way to shrink and resize the ENTIRE image to 320 x 480. Any suggestions welcome.

Here is the image I was to resize (Mt. Fuji)

I have resized this to 640 x 480, so it will fit well on this post. Thanks for any help.

well you cannot get the image down to that size without stretching, but it will not cut off.
