So, I've finally decided to create my own theme from scratch instead of moding other people's works. However, when I try to apply a new image I made for the slider bg, it shows the one I had previously. I've tired, respringing, rebooting, making it its own theme, deleting it then rebooting it and putting it back in, using iWipeCache, etc.

Anyone, know how I can fix this?

    Try:

    >Making it the only selected theme in WinterBoard
    >Making sure the file name is spelled correctly, as well as all of the folders.

    I did, still doesn't work.
Does WinterBoard resize the image file? I'm thinking about how some lockscreen themes have a smaller image that still stretches out to the proper size. Do I need to do that?

Is it showing the one you had previously or the default?

I figured it out, kinda. Seems like winterboard was stretching out my theme so it looked like my old one. Had to resize it, however this is only a temp fix and kinda brings down the quality of the slider bg. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

I think winterboard stretches out your image to the normal apple size, you just make the area around your slider transparent
