Hi all I’m still running 1.1.5 I want to upgrade to 2.2.0 but I can’t find it
Should I just go with 2.2.1 I read that people are losing the wifi when they
    upgrade to 2.2.1 ??

    Thanks

There's no problems I've experianced with a 2nd or 1st Generation iPod touch.

Yea man go with 2.2.1. I just upgraded from 2.2 to 2.2.1 and its much better. Wifi is actually much more reliable for me and hasnt randomly shut off once. Also, it uses less ram which means a faster ipod. I have an average of ~33mb as apposed to an average of 20mb on 2.2. Theres no other difference between 2.2 and 2.2.1. Might as well get the latest one.

2.2.1 is worth upgrading to and there is no problem with the wifi and my battery life has improved greatly.
