locked out of itouch w/o afc2add

    hi guys i got my ipod and jailbroke it using spirit a wihle ago, i dont have access to the ipod and i dont have afc2add installed so it is still "jailed" can anyone help?

    Wait what's the problem? Do you mean you're locked out of it? Like the kind that happens with too many wrong password attempts?

    oh sorry i forgot to say what the problem was, i decided to install the android lock and i cant remember the pattern so i cant get back in

    Hmm maybe if you get a notification from facebook? Then it could possibly direct you to it.
    Should have installed OpenSSH as your first thing on Cydia

    yea i tried the fb thing it just pops above the lock, and yes i should have its just that i am a noob at this stuff :| but at least now i know...

    oh and draco unfortunantly i jailbroke it with spirit which does not add the afc2add.deb file which is needed to view root files

    Just a note, if you have a passcode set after the Android Lock, just restart your device and you will be taken directly to the Enter Passcode screen. from there, you can just uninstall Android Lock and save your ass with the biggest sigh of relief ever.

    But if you have no passcode set, and OpenSSH isnt installed, youre screwed.

    this is why you should write passcodes down and put them somewhere safe..

    the irony of that is that i turned off the regular passlock cuz i was afraid i would forget it >.>
