    you can name it whatever...

    if u want it to appear under "wallpaper"
    you need to make a 75x75 thumbnail

    for ex:

    mywallpaper.png [wallpaper]
    mywallpaper.thumbnail.png [thumbnail]

    put it in
    /library/wallpaper/

    Alternatively you can just put the image into Itunes and sync, it will come up in your photos app and you can make it a wallpaper from there...

    You don't seem to understand... He wants to have his "Lock" screen to be different from his Wallpaper...

    Read MY thread about "Moving your Fonts Directory".... on about the 3rd page, I have instructions on how to make the Lock and your Background different.

    Have fun.

    Your Lock background CAN be DIFFERENT than your Summerboard Wallpaper.

    This was his question....

    You can tell him, put it in the /var/root/Library directory, BUT, if you just take a png file and place it in /var/root/Library directory, it will replace the Wallpaper too.

    I think he wanted it different.

    Or am I off?

    let me know.

    fxs.
