Why does my 'Touch" fail to find my location?
Why does Safari fail to Download Flash Player even though several Apps require this program?

fail to find your location in what instance?
and how are you trying to download flash player? Apple doesn't have the codec on their devices from adobe to be able to play flash videos... Jailbreak and there should be no problem!

The iPod uses wifi hotspots to find your location, handy in a city but not very handy in the middle of nowhere.

As for flash, no apps require flash, there is no flash for idevices.

Yeah agreed, if that's what he meant. There are some apps which will ask you if it can use your location and you can allow or not allow, which requires a wifi connection.

secondly, there are no apps which require flash, but if you're surfing the net and hit a page where you want to watch a flash video, you cant watch it. But there are apps from cydia so you can download the videos to your device and watch them in something like dtunes...
