Loading normal (non-mobile versions) pages on Safari?

    Is it possible to stop Safari recognising that the ipod touch is a mobile device?There are some pages which I would much rather see in full view, rather than the limited mobile versions.

    Yes. There should be a something on that mobile page that tells you to go to the original site.

    Can you give me an example? Which site are you talking about?

    eBay for eg goes straight to the wap mobile version

    Ok, that's easy.
    Once you see it go to the mobile, you will see wording and a link that says:

    Click here to go back to the PC site.

    That's when you click the "here" link.

    And it will take you to the normal site.
