Cut the Rope: Holiday Gift!

It's like the original one, but christmas season themed, a new box with new levels, and a few new features too

EDIT: On that note, there is also Angry Birds Seasons, which includes holiday themed levels. They have Halloween and Christmas one's up to now, it's the same price as the original Angry Birds c:

And, I can't believe this one isn't on the list but... Modern Combat 2 is a must have for Action games... It has what, in my opinion, is the best multiplayer experience on the iPod, and the game itself is fun, first person shooting in modern war experience, but the multiplayer gaming is what makes it special.
And you should also maybe include Infinity Blade now that it's out, best graphics on a game for the iPod/iPhone up to now, and it can be quite fun c:

I second the edition of infinity blade being added to the list... cannot wait until the multiplayer version comes out!

Modern Combat 2: Black Pegasus. This is THE game.

It's one of the top paid apps, it has done fantastic, it should really be on the list, along side with the new holiday themed one which is so free... it deserves to be on there

And I think Modern Combat 2 also should be on the list. I have no idea why it's not in the top apps in the app store, but it's an incredible game, retina support, fantastic multi player, and the story mode is fun as well.
