linux install/login problem

    ok, i have openiboot installed, btw i just upgraded it, and i get to the line on linux installation where it asks for a login on my ipod and on the terminal. so im stuck, the instructions dont say what to login with..i know most of u are gonna tihnk im dumb (so will i when i figure out what im doing wrong), but i dont know what to enter into the terminal to login. please help

    sorry but where did you get the update from and the instructions on how to? I just installed and im not sure if i have the most updated version

    its on the dev blog..or sometihng. i just saw it out of the corner of my eye and clicked it. if u cant fine it and u have aim or yahoo IM i can send u the file. it has instructions on how to update and how to install. try the blog first

    It said in the instructions how to do it, didn't it?

    login as root and then type "9. sh 2>&1 > /dev/tty0"

    The nine isn't going to do anything except make bash throw a syntax error.
