Limewire on Ipod Touch for an app.

    Does anyone know if you can put limewire on ur ipodtouch so u can download movies, music etc. because it would be really cool and easy to be able to download directly on my ipod and if no 1 knows someone find a way.

    No. Why would you want LimeWire on the iPod? That is why there is a computer.

    Agree, another way to get more sh*t on the iPod, like Trojans! Yay, trojans! *sarcasm*

    maybe if someone figures out how the itunes app ads music to mobilemedia we can use ishare with it and create a limewire like app.

    just use seeqpod with sharefile there is a video on youtube, you go to a website download a song and then it puts it in a program folder which then you can listen to

    Of course not. Limewire isn't opensourced as far as I know and therefore can't be ported to the iPod Touch. I'm not saying p2p is impossible, but the idea of limewire.app is just ridiculous.

    Agreed.

    I tried Limewire and unfortunately the quality of downloads was rubbish in most cases. I deleted all downloads from Limewire and I won't use it again.

    Another thing I noticed was an increase in Virus alerts from my virus software. The last thing I need is a virus on my touch. Don't bother with it matey, it's crap!

    Agreed. Everyone who uses limewire gets viruses, which ultimately screws your computer (usually,) and it isn't open source, so no.
