Hide your iDevices, Geohot is climbing into computers and jailbreaking your iDevice. limera1n is releasing this Monday. Merry Columbus day.

Let me tell you this, there's a GREAT reason geohot is burning this exploit. Here's why:

The vulnerability for limera1n, doesn't exist in the newer devices iBoot.. What does this mean? The vulnerability doesn't exist in the bootrom either. Why? iBoot and bootrom are the same. He checked to see if he can exploit it in the newer devices, he couldn't. That's why he wishes to release the tool now and save SHAtter.. Reasonable right? Thought so.

Why would it release at the same time as SHAtter? That would be a waste of an exploit. Or at least a waste of geohots time.

Edit: Ok, it looks like geohot did update the website, but that is a very inconclusive photo. Geohot would show better proof than that. Also what is the source on the release date?

I can confirm it works on ALL compatible 4.0 iDevices. You can take my word for it, if it isn't, I give you $10. Also, @mangels09, he's stubborn if you didn't know.. he releases when he feels like it.

Well, we need a legitimate source.
