If you were using Vista, you had to make it Windows XP in preferences.

Congratulations, you are the 1,000,000,000 jailbreaker that has disabled their USB ports by not following directions.

If you're using Windows Vista, you have to install LibUSB in XP compatibility mode. This question has been answered MANY TIMES, so search around for the answer. I'll post a link if I find a good one.

just open up the start menu, then go to the control panel, click on uninstall a program, then just find the program.

Just use the arrow keys, it's not very hard.
