ok guys my wife has the 32gb 2g runing the "run rs" as it cost almost £300 she never takes it out so i'm not after buying a £40 dongle just need a way around libusb

on my pc and my wifes laptop using vista 32bit its nothing but trouble even in xp sp2 mode it wont kill usb devices but it still gives random blue screens and random restarts even removing libusb doesnt cure it so i end up doing a full restore

thought about doing a dual boot with xp but would much rather boot somthing like a winxp usb stick edtion 60mb would this work?

most likely not happening any time soon, as LibUSB installs on the kernel level, which cannot be replicated on a USB drive as far as I know.

Seeing as you are using the USB drive as a kernel (odd I know) I don't see why it wouldn't work.

But I recommend you to use a Linux Live CD (likely Ubuntu) and use that to boot it. Because it will be much simpler in the end.
