Leopard on Dell Inspiron 1525

    Hello, I've been wanting to install Leopard on my laptop for the longest. but im not sure what disk i need or how to install a Hackintosh. ("-v,-f,-x,kernel=voodoo_kernel,-s" stuff confuses me.) I made cds before but no luck. the circle loading thing ...then my hard drive shuts down...

    theres a web page i believe its called ihackintoush or something like that that will show you how to do it

    Use iPC and only install the kexts you need

    Use Empire EFI. It's free and very good.

    Im a newb to Mac, and hackintosh, but i have been searching up alot of info i really want to have mac on my laptop. (dual-boot with win 7. or i might get a new hdd just for leopard but for now dual-boot) what are kexts? lol.

    create a partition on your C drive and install Mac OS X, search google

    i dual boot windows 7 ultimate and mac os x 10.5.8

    use iAtkos.

    Well the iso for kalyway is to big for a red dvd -r 3.7... so im trying to remove all the lang packs.. lol. but still too big.. im down from 4.3 to 3.8... ahh can i burn to 2 dvds? or can i add to 4gb flash drive. =]

    Wow i feel really stupid.. i thought dvds only have 3.7gbs..but its 4.7.. wow. silly mistake i guess haha
