A firm had their C64 emulator blocked recently because it obviously executes other executable code. However as my source points out, other emulators have been released in the past without debate such as sonic 1 or golden axe.

This could of course be because the C64 emulator would use third party roms such as with JB emulators but then the sega emulator and others could still be argued as a breech of the terms (68k assembly is not arm code after all).

This does question whether apple are starting to slip up or whether the terms of the agreement should be cleared up to some degree or worse the introduction of a two tear system. In fact doesn't the devs revelation of why it was blocked a breech?

Maybe this will just end up on the cydia store?

They should clean up the code and resubmit it, the Cydia store is a bust imo.
