Hi, I live in France and I need to get my laptop repaired, for some reason, it's no longer charging when I plug the cable into the back of it, I've purchased a new charger and it still won't charge, so it's defiantly the laptop itself, but I need to know where (in France that is) I can go to get it repaired.
It's just over a year and a half old so I don't think it's still covered under warranty.

You should start by naming the product you're using.

The manufacturer can probably replace it if you call them.

It's an Advent 5421, but apparently all products sold in the EU are legaly bound to have a 2 year warranty, so I'm gonna push that at them and hope for the best! It was bought at PC world 18 months ago.

It's the bettery that's the problem, not the laptop or charger.

It could also be the port as well. Might have to replace that if it isn't the battery.
