As the title says my landscape mode has quit working. I have searched for fixes but haven't found any and I've restored my iPod and erased all content, nothing. So I'm thinking it could possibly be an Apple software malfunction type thing. I can't even play most apps and it is VERY annoying. So anyone have any ideas?

did you restore via iTunes? or via settings - if the accelerometer doesn't work even after an iTunes restore then it is a hardware malfunction/defect.
    the accelerometer is broken then

Via iTunes, so does that mean I can send it back/take it to best buy?(I'm still under warranty)

    Is the rotation lock enabled?

Double-click the home button, swipe right on the multitasking stuff, and there should be music controls and a rotation lock icon. Click the icon so it isn't locked anymore, and landscape should work now.

Unless your accelerometer is broken, but you should check this first.

No the portrait rotation is not off or "locked" and I've tried rebooting.. Nothing, so I can just send it back and they can fix it or give me a new one?
