i know how to do the dock you just make the transparent and then add one to the bottom of the wallpaper for landscape. I am working on it. I have lots of landscape icons too if you want them just PM me.

i'm pretty sure he means a real dock, so that the icons are locked at the bottom of the screen (landscape-wise) when you scroll pages.

As far as I know, this is impossible. You could have an overlay as the dock and use the regular dock with spring jumps? D:
You can use gitykin's status bar mod to flip it sideways to the right.
With lockscreen...slide up to unlock? Do an invisible status bar, use some time widget and move it sideways to the right?

I actually like the vertical sidedock concept, kinda like the one on Vista (although I don't like Vista very much), it just looks cleaner for some reason.
You'll have to do a slide up (or down, actually that'd be tight) and flip the time/date as said above.
And also said about is to incorporate springjumps instead of page scrolling (look at iNav Mac or whatever it's called)

Sorry, but as of yet, not theme for those things. Although many developers are making more landscape themes.

I don't know about modding the actual stuff, but plenty of people are making landscape themes. (Like me

) I just use 'Tap to Unlock' instead of 'Slide to Unlock'. And instead of making a landscape scroll, I put my stuff in Categories, and choose the option to use top to bottom (in landscape, it will look like it's going from left to right.)
