When I try to upgrade to 3.0 on my iPod Touch, it always fails. Every time after that when I plug in my iPod I get a message saying it can't identify my iPod. Anyhow I brought it into Apple and they told me it was a hardware error, and I got a new one free. I could see this being abused for people with iPods with scratches / dents on them and they want a new one. l0l

Anybody else have the same problem?
