    so i herd 2.2 was seeded to devs.
    Only thing is that I can't seem to find it on the ADC.
    It's not in teh iPhone dev site
    where would it beee? D:

    If it is indeed released, Its seeded to PAYING Developers. Are you a paying developer? No.

    i am. but they didn't put out a beta for ipod touch which makes me mad.

    im a paying developer why cant i find the download? i cant find it on the adc page anywhere.

    They did, actually.
    Beta builds are only seeded to the first handful of paying developers; the ones who were accepted before the App Store opened.
    All other developers (whether they are paying or not) have access to the current public firmware and the newest SDK build that supports that firmware.

    What do you expect though?
    Apple doesn't have much respect for iPhone developers (or so it seems).

    Thanks for quoting my post while it had horrible grammar..
    I kept changing my wording and would realize that it was improper after editing.

    And I don't know?
    You'd think that they'd want developers to have access to new features so that they could push out a firmware and have new features available to customers on day one..

    Fixed my post to use your updated response.

    Didn't they hint that the Firmware 2.2 is going to work with new stuff like GPS and other iPhone specific stuff? Don't see how iPod Touch would need any of that.
