One of my friends has an iPhone 3Gs running tethered jailbroken 3.1.2, and he uses blackra1n to boot it. He brought it to me telling me it was running very slow, so I thought, why not reboot it? I powered it down using slide to power off, and booted it up to the recovery logo. I ran blackra1n, but after 2 minutes, it still didn't boot. Instead, it froze up, hanging at the Geohot screen. I tried it again. Same thing. I then tried booting with Redsn0w 0.9.4. It uploaded the exploit, but didn't boot up still. Confused, I ran iRecovery, and got this:

I've searched all over and have found nothing on this problem. I cannot restore back to 3.1.2, because he only has 3.1.3's SHSH on file.

Is there a way to fix this issue and boot?

    Thanks,
    -Adam

I'll just use Spirit when it's released...
