First thing I'm unsure about is what "tethered" means.

Second, since upgrading and re-jailbreaking I lost all my apps, obviously, but I can't seem to find them again in Cydia/Installer. All the apps I've grown to use often don't apear to be there. One example would be the Garf game.
Is there a games repo I'm missing? Because I only see about 20 games in that folder.

    Any replies would be AWESOMECAKES.

Tethered means you cannot reboot (turn off then on) your iPod without connecting to a computer and repeating several steps to assist with the reboot.

Semi-tethered means the same as above, except you can reboot it without a computer, it just won't be jailbroken (meaning it won't have Cydia, Installer etc.) until you attach it to a computer, and instead will boot like a normal, unjailbroken iPod.

And finally, untethered means you can reboot as you please, with everything intact, and without the use of a computer to help reboot.

And as to the Games, there is most likely a source missing that you had before and didn't add this time.

Why would you do tethered when untethered is available?
