Just to clarify: categories doesn't drain you battery drastically?

    hey guys, just wondering before i get categories, it will not drastically drain your battery right? im going to get my delnoch themes going again

    im aware that it will drain battery, everything drains battery but not a lot right? does anyone have an app that does the same thing but use's less battery?

    It will slow down your iPod a lot. Which is why it uses up battery life.

    Ive got the same problem too =/
    Categories is pretty slow when you open up the folder
    Didn't know about the battery being drained though

    I don't like the fact that category folders open so slowly; I highly recommend SpringJumps. Use SpringJumps like categories except that the "folders" are actually SpringBoard pages.

    Well, I use a Delnoch theme, so I only use one page for my spring board =/
    Also, I have a 5 icon dock, so I dont think Stacks will work..

    Yea, it will. Why don't you think it'll work? I have 6 icon dock, 5 stacks and my Music app.

    oh then I might try it out! Can I make the icon to the very right or very left be the "stacked" icon, or just the center one?

    Don't use stacks it limits you to like 16 icons. Use CategoriesSB it integrates categories with springboard so your categories open up instantaneously. Best part? It uses almost no memory and doesn't drain your battery, and you can get up to like 127 icons per category I believe.
