Hey I'm a noob so don't be angry if my questions are stupid.
1.Do I need to restore my ipod first or just run the QuickPWN? (My iPod is now tethered)
2.Do I need to backup my cydia apps first then jailbreak?
    Thanks

I would recommend downloading "AptBackup" from Cydia, trust me just get its and choose backup.

Then DFU and run QuickPwn, no restore and everthing is left as it was

Now just run AptBackup restore and wait, everything will be working again

Why would he need to run aptbackup if Quickpwn doesn't delete anything?

    Oh, didn't even read. Lol.

QuickPwn doesn't delete anything. It just flashes the NOR, so you don't need to backup anything.

Hey but the FAQ says that you need to first restore then run redsnow.
So what am I supposed to do now?

do what G8D said and you should be good. read aptbackup instructions and go from there. or just restore, do a fresh restore and run redsn0w. its not that hard to get everything back, or maybe even better than before.
