I just restored my iPod because of mail issues, and now I lost ALL my videos and music, but its still hanging around in the iTunes libaray. Is there any way to transfer the music from the libaray to the ipod cuz I cant find a way.

that's what a restore does. just go into your ipod on itunes, check the "sync all movies" and "sync all music" boxes, or select the songs/videos you want, click apply, then sync.

Yes, a restore wipes out all media off the ipod and reinstalls the firmware.
go into your music and drag the files you want onto your ipod on the left.

Plug your iPod in and sync it. Make sure to select all of the video and music folders you want to put on. This is an easy fix. Hope you get it fixed.

Well..... iTunes is on your computer so that means you have them on your computer. Lol. Just sync it with all of your music in iTunes. Select the playlists or music folders that you have in iTunes.

Is it like you have music in your library, but you can't play it because it says that the file could not be found or something like that?

Go into preferences and select the Library again. If it still doesn't show look for an .xml file in your iTunes folder and open that. If that doesn't restore everything do an import of the library back into Itunes.
