    Hi there

Just jaibroke my ipod touch successfully using the latest version of quickfreedom. All has gone well, and the ipod is working beautifully, but I am wondering if it is a problem that my iTunes now believes that my ipod touch is actually an iPhone, but my iPod still believes itself to be an iPod Touch. I assume it is due to the jailbreak, as it has been recognised as an iPod Touch since I bought it in september. Perhaps this is due to the firmware? Should I be worried?

I have heard of this problem before, it is not due to the jailbreak. Just try to restart your computer and ipod and see if that fixes it

Yea, I've had this problem before jailbreak. If it is a problem. It really doesn't affect anything.
