Hey, i have a iPod Touch 2g and just installed iOS4 on it.
I can't customize the background, it's just black. I thought that it was a feature in 4. If somebody has the answer please write it.

Apple decided to remove some of the features from iOS 4 for iPod Touch 2G models. I believe they removed wallpapers and multitasking, not sure what else.

The reason backgrounds are disabled, from the man himself.

Unfortunately, it's the same for the iPhone 3G, but a redsn0w 0.9.5 b5 solves the problem.

Yeah thanks, it's jailbroken now. I got background, multitasking and Cydia!
