    well, i returned it to best buy. got all of the money and tax back. i couldnt find out how to unroot it after i installed the kindle fire os so i just left it in sleep mode. good thing they didnt turn it off/restart it, lol.

    but when i came home i got my touchscreen stylus that i ordered on ebay..

    It would have been a whole lot easier if you would have said it was a gift.
    Anyways, had you not heard much of the Nexus 7?

    How old is this brother, because you could just buy it (Nexus 7) and then say that it is the Kindle Fire 2 and that they just renamed it to Nexus 7, or you could ask him why he wants the Kindle Fire and then convince him that the Nexus 7 can do it better than the Kindle Fire can.
