Title pretty much explains it all.

-I turned off my iPod (tethered, so it went into recovery mode)
-I ran AutoSHSH, it worked without a hitch
-Now I'm running Blackra1n, but it's not detecting the iPod. How do I get it to boot? Do I have to restore through iTunes, or is there something else I can do so that I don't lose anything?

Try using the iRecovery boot loop guide then use blackra1n.

Salax, did you find a fix for this? I have the same problem with my iphone 3GS. I know I should've backed up before trying anything, but i didn't think this would kill blackra1n. Going to lose lots of pictures if I have to restore

. I tried the iRecovery loop guide with no luck.
