I didn't write this neither thought of it but i was just wondering if this would work.

"V2 of my idea, I just ran ProcMon:
    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896645.aspx

On my iTunes while restoring, during the extraction, Many files were created & packed into a dmg. Now, what i propose is that the a breakpoint is set to break out of the program upon extraction of every file. Yes it will be slow to check every file but fsk it. Anyhoo i was thinking that would be possible but iTunes hunts for softICE so thats useless. Unless a different debugger like OLLYDBG is used

. After a succussfull breakout, the file is replaced, with a 'modded' version and voila, debugger breaks back into iTunes and extraction is followed by installation.J/B possibly? Obviously a check is executed but the debugger can break out after the check, right? Any thoughts?"

    Thanks,
