    i am very confused with redsnow about this problem:
    if i use redsnow v0.3 to JB my ipod , how many space of root partition will i have ?

    750? Thats what I have but I used QuickFreedom so I don't know..

    yeah . i know it and u have 700mb if u use retool. But those tool make your ipod reboot a little bit longer. That why i think about redsnow to rejailbreak

    500mb is the partition size of the root partition in the official firmware and redsnow does not resize it. However it transfers stuff over to the user partition which makes room on root.
