    Apple is accusing of Samsung copying technology from the iPhone... but some of it it's made by them. Doesn't really make sense.

    Yes it does. Apple pays Samsung for their technology. Samsung stole Apple's technology without paying for it. That's the difference.

    Exactly. They had the opportunity. That's why some of their phones have the camera identical to the 4s. That's why I walked by the Samsung SIII two days ago, and had a half-heart attack, thinking I had missed something and that Apple had released a bigger iPhone.
