This is a discussion thread for the "Judge Koh to Apple and Samsung: "It's Time for Peace"" story posted on the front page.
In other words: they've solved nothing. Looks like brand spanking new Ferraris for the person who is trained to counsel or argue in cases of law.
But peace isn't going to solve the problem of one company copying the other. They aren't being foolish, they're not trying to get a message across, they're trying to get the other company to stop copying their products.
Everytime i heard of Apple Vs Samsung a little voice starts speaking saying what would: Phil Ken Sebben Do? Denny Crane do? Harvey Spectre do? (no video sorry)
I hope this goes all the way to verdict to show the stupidity of US Patent laws and IP in general. It would be best for technology and the market to have multiple patents from both sides invalidated.
