I remember the Openfeint glory days. I agree that it's a bit clunky, but I still prefer openfeint over game center.

It's terrible how the owners of OpenFeint are only giving the developers less than a month to remove the service from their apps. It's a shame it is being remove as it has been around every since i can first remember. However, I think a lot of these developers will move over to Game center which hopefully will make the app smoother to load up and having all your game data in one place will be good.

Possibly but the company that owns it let it get bulky and outdated. Also the owners are going to replace it with their own social gaming platform

True but maybe they would have kept it up to speed if GameCenter wasn't implemented. No way for us to really know though. That's cool about their own platform, I didn't know about that.

Atleast OpenFeint had the social aspect that Game Center didn't

I loved OpenFeint. Game Centre…ehh, not so much. OpenFeint will be missed.
