iOS 4.1 JBing UDID registered devices?

    Since its registered, is it easier for Apple to track what you're doing to the device, and then brick it?

    There's no way for them to do that. Jailbreaking is legal anyway, so that would be illegal if they did that

    Just unjailbreak before taking it to the store? It's not that hard. They won't be able to tell the difference.

    if you had to take it in, just restore it first and they wont even know

    EDIT: Just looked it up. Sounds like Apple MIGHT have the capability to disable and "unauthorized" applications that are running on your iPod.
